CI’m very disappointed with my experience with SHOP SHYMI. I received my Heart Prong-Set Eternity Band with one of the stones completely out of its setting. The ring arrived damaged and has never been worn. I emailed customer service and attached photos clearly showing the damaged ring and the loose stone. I also called, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any response. I simply would like someone from SHOP SHYMI to contact me and help resolve this issue.
