Please note, images uploaded on our website and Instagram have been photographed in many different lighting conditions in order to display the product best.  Actual products may vary slightly in real life coloring.   

PROMOTIONS

WWW.SHOPSHYMI.COM reserves the right to run promotions on the website at any given time for any given time period.  Please note, price promotions are only valid for the time of the promotion.  We will be unable to honor any previous pricing adjustments once the promotion has expired. Items purchased at a discount are not eligible for return or exchange.

Any merchandise purchased at a discounted price is final sale.  Additionally, any personalized merchandise is final sale!

PERSONALIZED JEWELRY

All personalized jewelry which includes any names, dates, initials and any other custom pieces are FINAL SALE.  They can not be returned or exchanged.  Personalized Jewelry if needed may take up to 4 weeks for delivery.  We do our best to delivery in 3 weeks.  Please note, choosing expediting shipping at checkout will only expedite your order once the 3-4 delivery time has occurred.  If you do need your pieces sooner, depending on the time of year, we may be able to help expedite.  Please send us an email info@shopshymi.com.
