Refund policy
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept returns for full refund of full priced items within 10 days of delivery. Items including packaging, should be returned in original selling condition. Returned merchandise must be assessed by our team to ensure that it is in full selling condition before a refund will be issued. If your return has been worn or altered from it's original condition we will not be able to refund your return.
You are responsible for all shipping costs of the return. If you would like to request a return label, and you are within the United States, we can provide one and $6.95 will be deducted from your refund. If you choose this option please contact us at orders@shopshymi.com and we will email you a return label. If not, you are welcome to return your order at your own expense. A refund will only be issued, if qualifies once it has been delivered to us. All International returns are sent back on the buyers expense. We do not provide return labels for international orders.
SALE MERCHANDISE
All merchandise purchased on sale, meaning discounted from it's original selling price is not eligible for return or exchange. All sale items are FINAL SALE.
PERSONALIZED MERCHANDISE
All personalized pieces including initials, names, and dates are FINAL SALE. No exchanges or refunds.
